“A friend of mine referred me to Excellent several years ago. I asked Maria R if Excellent is really excellent and she assured me it is. My mom has been using Excellent for the last few years and the therapists are excellent, friendly and caring. Anna B the occupational therapist has worked with my mom for years and recently returned after the latest hospitalization. Anna has been using new techniques and exercises for my mom’s neck and core. My mom has been tilting her head to one side and I was so concerned as I saw at least 2 people who have frozen tilted necks. My mom’s neck is tilting less so it is a huge improvement. Maria is also working on my mom’s core. My mom tends to recline all day and does not sit at a 90 degree angle. It also impacts her ability to sit to stand from the chair and toilet. Maria is such a warm, positive person and my mom responds well in following Maria’s instructions. There is a lot of areas for Maria to work on my mom and I am so glad she is in Excellent Anna’s hands. It is a big relief for me the caregiver and I am always happy to see Anna whether at home or the supermarkets. Anna saw me shopping at 2 different supermarkets and even came over and said hello. 😊”
